Every new carrier in Texas, emailed for you

The week a carrier files, the day their coverage lapses, or about 45 days before their policy renews, they get a short email from your agency, from an inbox in your name. When they answer, it lands in your Replies tab with a response drafted for you.

How it works

1. We set up sending inboxes in your agency's name. About two weeks of warm-up before the first email.
2. Every morning, carriers are queued automatically: new filers in the buying window, carriers whose coverage just lapsed, and established carriers coming up on renewal.
3. Each gets a short sequence from you, up to 6 emails over about 4 weeks, plain and to the point. Anyone who says stop is never emailed again.
4. Replies come to this dashboard with a drafted answer and the carrier's equipment, insurance status and clock beside it.
