For insurance agencies that write new ventures

Quote requests, not phone numbers.

New trucking companies use First Load the week they file. When one asks for insurance quotes, they fill out a real request and it goes to up to three agencies that write first-year authorities, with the written consent record. You quote them directly. No calls with us; everything is in writing.

Want new carriers emailed in your agency's name as well? That's First Call Territory: one agency per state, and replies go straight to you. How the outreach works.

What a request contains

What the carrier typed

  • Truck year, make, VIN (optional), trailer type
  • Operation cargo, radius, state, planned start
  • Driver years with a CDL, tickets or accidents in the last 3 years, prior commercial coverage
  • Contact name, phone, email, best time to call

What we add

  • USDOT and MC with the live public record: authority status, insurance and BOC-3 on file, dated history
  • Consent record the exact text they agreed to, version, timestamp and IP, naming your agency before they consented
  • Replacement wrong category, no consent or unreachable: reply and we replace it

How you get them

Quote requests go to the one agency that holds the state with First Call Territory, along with done-for-you outreach to every new carrier there. See what's included.

Honest volume: requests arrive as carriers ask, a few a week per state. The outreach in your name is what fills your calendar.

Rules, one page

Licensed in the carrier's state. Real people calling, no robocalls or automated texts. No reselling the request. Stop means stop. The terms go out with the first request.

Get set up, by email

First Load is a private company, not FMCSA and not an insurance agency; we don't quote, sell or bind. Carriers see your agency name before they consent. TCPA, state calling rules and CAN-SPAM are on you once you have the request.
